Megan ( the little sister on "Drake and Josh" ) is played by an actress named Miranda Cosgrove. "Megan" is too smart for her own good, and has WAY too much time on her hands. The crazy pranks that she plays on her brothers are sometimes so outlandish, that even Miranda admits that she could never do things like that to her brothers - if she had brothers that is.



Miranda Cosgrove is a single child. With no real life siblings to occupy her time, Miranda fills it up with a whole bunch of other things. She plays the piano, rides horses, and loves to sing and dance!



As a matter of fact, she was actually discovered by an agent when she was three years old. Apparently show biz has been in her future from the beginning because at the time she was singing and dancing around her table at a restaurant! Looks like she has had fun performing right from the start!



At ten years old, Miranda has found her niche playing Megan on "Drake & Josh". But between the time she was discovered and now, she has had very little down time in her acting career. She's been in various small theater productions, school chorus recitals, ads, and is probably most familiar to fans ( aside from her role on "Drake and Josh" ) in her part as the preppy, hard working rock band's manager in the movie "School of Rock" along side Jack Black.
